In Nigeria Dangote Refinery, the world's largest monomer oil refinery, more than 100 sets of XCMG's complete machinery are working day and night. In the face of harsh environment and lack of sufficient water resources, the construction team successfully overcame the difficulties and once again showed the powerful strength of China's infrastructure to the world! In the crude oil distillation area of the refinery project, 650-ton crawler crane and 800-ton crawler crane successfully hoisted the primary desalted water tank with a total height of 36.57m, a diameter of 4.2m and a total weight of 370 tons. Several XCMG pump trucks and hundreds of XCMG mixing trucks are trying their best to complete the pouring task of 6000 cubic meters.

In the third quarter of this year, LIUGONG signed orders for more than 10 units of excavators with a major customer in Taiwan. Up to now, the first batch of equipment has been delivered, and the rest will be delivered in succession in the near future. After learning about the excavator purchasing needs of the Taiwan customers, Liugong's local agents visited the client's project site many times to understand the detailed requirements. Based on the requirements of cabin and port coal operation, considering the bad working conditions and heavy dust, LIUGONG added oil-bath filter to to ensure the filtration effect in harsh environment. After the cooperation was reached, the customer decided to purchase another 5 sets after inspecting the first batch of equipment. Equipped with Cummins engine and Kawasaki main pump valve, this batch of LIUGONG excavators have micro pressurization and high sealing cab to isolate external coal dust and to ensure good indoor working environment. Six working modes are set to meet the operation requirements under different working conditions. The intelligent power control system, automatic deceleration function and advanced hydraulic system are combined to ensure the excellent performance and high fuel efficiency. At present, LIUGONG excavators have been widely used in Taiwan municipal, housing construction and other projects, and the performance is highly recognized by local users.

Recently, the World Brand Lab released the latest list of the Top 500 Asian Brands. Recently, XCMG delivered 10 units of 9-ton LW900KN wheel loaders overseas. Large-scale mines and ports have always been the best stage to show the performance of wheel loaders. This time the 10 units of wheel loaders are used for coastal low hills. Although the highest point is only 200 meters above sea level, but the road structure here is a non-paved pavement made of red clay gravel, and the width of the two-way road base is only 11 meters at its narrowest point. Recently, SHANTUI Janeoo conducted a 5G remote control system test for a concrete mixing plant. Before the test, the leaders of SHANTUI Janeoo checked the preparation condition, and put forward detailed suggestions on the appearance and design, requiring strict compliance with various operating procedures during the new product test.  SHANTUI Janeoo Remote Monitoring Center and Changqing Plant simultaneously carried out the heavy load test of the SjS76-25G remote control system of the concrete mixing plant. The leaders and R&D personnel of SHANTUI Janeoo watched the entire test process through the 5G remote monitoring system. Changqing Plant tracked the various instructions. Through remote control and field test data collection, the automatic production process, communication speed, database integrity and other parameters have all reached the test requirements. Later, SHANTUI Janeoo will further test the reliability of the system to prepare for its early market launch. Relying on the low latency and large bandwidth of 5G network, SHANTUI Janeoo 5G remote control system realizes true remote control by breaking the distance limit, leading in the control technology of the mixing plant.

Recently, a batch of brand-new SHANTUI 12-ton all-hydraulic single-drum road rollers have been shipped to Russian, following the export of 14-ton hydraulic road roller last month. The demand for all-hydraulic rollers in the Russian market has increased sharply over the years. Shantui’s main sales models in this market are mechanical rollers.
