XCMG Makes New Breakthroughs In High-End Market With Large-Tonnage Cranes Exported To Australia

Following the batch export of large-scale mining equipment to Australia, XCMG exports its large-tonnage cranes to Australia in large numbers, marking that XCMG's series of construction machinery is getting much more popular in the high-end market of Australia. At a bustling deep-water port in China, several cranes of XCMG, wearing blue “armour", are being successively hoisted to the giant freighters, ready to be launched and about to sail. These XCMG cranes include crawler type, rough-terrain type and all-terrain type. We can find the Model XCA220 that General Secretary Xi Jinping tested when he inspected XCMG on December 12, 2017. As the high-end market of construction machinery, Australia has higher quality requirements in product performance, safety, operator comfort, reliability and maintenance convenience. In recent years, XCMG has gained a lot in this high-end construction machinery market with its great perseverance and excellent product quality and technology.  It is said that all the cranes are customized in accordance with the local standards of Australia. The color, style and parts are also designed as required. XCMG hoisting machinery with high technology and high reliability will be able to make an outstanding figure in Australia's construction machinery industry, and demonstrate its extraordinary skills of “Made in China” is helping local infrastructure construction.

New Product | CATERPILLAR Launches Its New Generation Of 600-Tonne Hydraulic Mining Shovel Excavator

New Product | CATERPILLAR Launches Its New Generation Of 600-Tonne Hydraulic Mining Shovel Excavator

Caterpillar recently announced the launch of its new generation of 600-tonne hydraulic mining shovel excavator with various design improvements and new components, which can improve the performance, durability, maintainability and operation comfort. Caterpillar's new 600-tonne hydraulic mining shovel excavator has replaced its 6060B in the hydraulic mining shovel excavator lineup, featuring updated engine, optimized hydraulic system, heavy duty structure and chassis, Caterpillar's electronic device and advanced cab. Caterpillar said one of the new generation of mining shovel excavators would run at the Quellaveco mine in Peru, which is being developed by Anglo American plc. At the same time, for the North American market, the engine of this product is equipped with a maintenance-free diesel oxidation catalyst emission control system, does not use diesel exhaust fluid and complies with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Tier 4 Final regulations. Compared with the previous models, the combination of the updated engine and the optimized hydraulic system improves the fuel efficiency by 10-15%, with the efficiency of the backhoe configuration increasing by 3-5%. To reduce maintenance, the engine oil and filter change interval has doubled to 1,000 hours. The upgrading of the structure, chassis and slew ring helps maximize uptime, productivity and lower costs per ton. "The 6060 features a brand-new, state-of-the-art cab and operator's desk, with large floor window, windshield and side windows providing industry-leading visibility,” Caterpillar said. 6060 accept Cat MineStar™ solutions, a mining technology designed to improve mine safety, improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. In addition to the new-generation diesel 6060, Caterpillar will continue to provide electric 6060 AC FS for mines optimized for such machines.
