On June 18th, 2021, SINOMADA started a three-day team building activity. On the first day, we went to Changsha Fantawild Oriental Heritage, which is a theme park built with Chinese traditional culture as the core and combined with modern high and new technology. It is a theme park suitable for all ages. It is not only suitable for family parent-child leisure tourism, but suitable for young people's adventure. All the team members spent a good day inside, visited various projects, and experienced the excitement brought by the combination of modern high technology and historical future. The next day, we came to Zilong Bay hot spring resort, where there is Huitang Hot Spring known as "the first spring of Xiangjiang River", with a history of more than 2000 years. Huitang Hot spring can help people regulate physiological function and improve cardiovascular function. After the first day of exciting play, we released our fatigue and relaxed our body here. The third day is the last day of the journey. We came to Tanhe Old Town. Tanhe Old Town is a large Western Zhou Culture Theme Park in China. It has not only the cultural heritage of the Zhou Dynasty for 3000 years, but modern and fashionable elements. There are not to be missed song and dance performances and high-tech projects combining ancient and modern. The performers here presented the history by scene in front of people, and everyone felt an unprecedented shock. As night fell, the journey reached the last destination - Yanghu Wetland Park. All of us sang and played games here and spent the last night.

On May 21st, 2021, all employees of SINOMADA went to Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center to visit 2021 Changsha International Construction Machinery Exhibition(2021 CICEE). The exhibition area of this construction machinery exhibition has reached 300,000 square meters, which is the largest exhibition area of the global construction machinery industry since 2021. The number of exhibitors at home and abroad reached more than 1450, including 32 of the world's top 50 construction machinery enterprises, such as CATERPILLAR, SANY, ZOOMLION, HITACHI, LIEBHERR, DOOSAN, FAYA and LIUGONG. In 2021, 11 Chinese enterprises entered the world's top 50 construction machinery, including XCMG, SANY and ZOOMLION. The products exhibited fully reflect the theme of "new generation of intelligent construction machinery". The innovation ability of Chinese construction machinery enterprises has been continuously enhanced, creating world records such as the world's longest concrete boom pump truck of 101 meters, 4000 ton crawler crane and 5200 ton up slewing horizontal boom tower crane. China construction machinery has made important contributions to building a better home for China and the world. During the exhibition, SINOMADA saw the top Chinese construction machinery technology and left many precious group photos with the machine. At the same time, many colleagues also operated the machine under the guidance of on-site staff. This exhibition experience is the precious memory of SINOMADA employees. In the future, we will continue to contribute to the export of China's construction machinery.

On the evening of December 25th, 2020, all the staff of SINOMADA went to a music pub near the company to celebrate this year's Christmas. This is one of the most popular pubs in Changsha where many young people like to spend their off-duty time. It is a holy land for friends to drink and have fun. There is a stereo stage in the middle of the pub where singers sing popular folk songs or elegant jazz. You can definitely have an unforgettable experience with wonderful music and meal. Waiters in the pub dressed up as Santa Claus on the special day of Christmas and brought us gifts. The host organized a very interesting interactive game. The lucky ones who won the game also got extra gifts. We enjoyed the festival of foreign friends and felt the carnival of this festival with them, to reduce the distance between us.

On the evening of November 3rd, 2020, SINOMADA team members went to the largest amusement park in Changsha  — Window of the World. Located in northeast Changsha City, Changsha Window of the World is one of the largest cultural tourism projects and an important spiritual civilization construction base in Hunan Province, attracting tourists from all over the country. If you never have an experience at night in Changsha, you cannot deeply understand the city. If you have never been to the Window of the World at night, you will not know the wildness and charm of this city. One of the most distinctive features of Halloween is the haunted house. The haunted house is the most terrifying and the most exciting place. People who come to participate in the festival will definitely go into the haunted house.There are also many entertainment items, including two-tier carousel and pirate ship. The pirate ship swings as high as the big pendulum, making you feel weightless at high altitude. Of course, there are parties that let your body involuntarily move with loud music. All the staff released their pressure in the theme park and enjoyed the stimulation and happiness brought by Halloween. At nine o'clock in the evening, everyone set foot on the way home with satisfaction and relaxed mood. Tomorrow is another day full of energy!

On September 5th, 2020, all the staff of SINOMADA started a two-day and one night climbing tour of Wugong mountain from Changsha by bus.  Located in Pingxiang, Jiangxi, China, Wugong Mountain, one of the internationally famous mountains, attracts a large number of  tourists from all over the world with wonderful scenery. On the afternoon of the 5th, all of us sang and chatted together on the bus for three hours. With the help of the guide, we reached the top of the mountain after several hours of hiking and short distance cable car sightseeing. During the interesting game time after dinner, we played games like "song name guessing", "idioms guessing" and "improvisation". With the stars shining, everyone fell asleep in their tents... The next morning everyone walked out of the tent before dawn just to see a sunrise. The first ray of light appeared on the horizon, and the sunshine sprinkled on everyone's face bit by bit. In a good mood, everyone set foot on the return journey. This pleasant trip not only enhanced the friendship among colleagues, but enhanced everyone's spirit of collectivism and sense of cooperation. We will treat our future work and life with a more positive outlook!

On May 29th, 2020, SINOMADA was invited to visit the production base of Changsha ZOOMLION aerial work platform factory. The factory features intelligent assembly line operation, including 5 production lines, 27 welding robots and 9 sets of intelligent handling equipment. It can produce scissor type aerial work vehicle with an annual output of 12000 sets. This is the first intelligent assembly line covering the whole production process of scissor type aerial work platform in China. Accompanied by Mr. Lin, the general manager of ZOOMLION, we had a detailed visit and had a deep understanding of the automatic production lines. In spite of the light rain, SINOMADA team was still full of enthusiasm.  We are eager to become a professional trade team and provide better service for customers all over the world.

On January 18th, 2020, SINOMADA held the 2019 Annual Party. We summarized the breakthrough and progress in 2019, and looked forward to the new future. All the staff got together and shared a sumptuous seafood dinner. At the same time, we also remotely watched the programs prepared by various departments of the headquarters through video conference, including sweet songs, exquisite dances and happy talk shows. All the members of SINOMADA were very excited, cheered and screamed with the headquarters! After the programs, an award ceremony was held. Many excellent sales elites in the headquarters, as well as support teams, have set an example to all of us. Finally, all the staff welcomed the brand-new 2020 in the wonderful singing at KTV. We are looking forward to an increasingly powerful SINOMADA. Let us fight for 2020!

At the end of the year, the western traditional Christmas arrived. With the hope and surprise of the festival, we were already ready to bless, hoping that the cold winter is warm like spring. During the party, we prepared lovely antlers and delicious cakes. Each of us put the wishes on the Christmas tree. With the "Jingle Bells" music sounded, we played games, with laughter filling the whole room. We also took photos to record the wonderful times. In this Christmas we leave a common expectation, hoping that SINOMADA can create more brilliant achievements in the new year!
