On June 22, 2026, SINOMADA welcomed customers from Guatemala for a comprehensive factory tour. Before the visit, we meticulously confirmed their itinerary, determined the required product models, and coordinated with the factories in advance to arrange a seamless reception.

These customers were introduced by a long-term Chinese partner who had already completed two successful transactions with us. Recently, this partner asked if we could export to Guatemala, and requested to accompany the end-customers to visit the XCMG and SHANTUI factories. On the first day, we received the group at our equipment yard. In the evening, the customers expressed their wish to tour the factory premises in Xuzhou. The next day, we successfully arranged in-factory visits and guided them through XCMG's wheel loader and excavator production lines.

During the detailed meetings, we introduced the machines they were interested in, discussed pricing, and carefully confirmed the specific configurations to suit their local working conditions. The customers expressed high satisfaction with our professional service and the quality of the equipment.

Following the visit, we promptly organized the formal quotations and will continue to follow up closely with both the partner and the end-customers to finalize the new order and promote long-term cooperation.
