Recently, in order to promote team cohesion and enhance the cooperation and communication between employees, our company carefully planned and successfully organized the "five-day SINOMADA Building" activity. The group building activities were carried out from June 20 to June 24, all the staff embarked on a journey of exploring the northwest scenery after a stressful work.   On the first day of the activity, all the staff assembled at the designated place, took the car to Huanghua Airport, and flew to Xining on flight A67253, which formally started the trip to Northwest China. Upon arrival, everyone first visited Guide National Geopark, enjoying the magnificence of the seven-colored peaks and landscapes of Ashigun and the beauty of the Yellow River. The geological relics in the park not only recorded the evolution of the Tibetan Plateau, but also demonstrated the changes of Guide's natural environment, which left a deep impression on the employees.   On the second day, the team traveled to Qinghai Lake, the first largest saltwater lake in China, with clear, blue water. Employees strolled along the lake to experience the magnificence and tranquility of nature. At the lake, everyone also experienced the thrill of galloping a horse and felt the boldness and vastness of the Northwest to the fullest.   On the third day, the team came to Chaka Salt Lake, which is known as the "Mirror of the Sky". The wetland landscape of the salt lake is breathtaking, with the colorful water and sky, as if they were in a fairyland. Employees rode a small train across the salt lake, enjoying the long history of salt culture and the magnificent scenery of the salt lake wetland.   On the fourth day, the team visited Zhuoer Mountain Scenic Spot. This mountain with Danxia landform attracted many tourists with its unique landform and magnificent scenery. Standing on the top of the mountain, there was no cover around and the view was extremely open, and the employees took photos to record this unforgettable moment.   On the last day, the team traveled to the Thar Monastery, the birthplace of Tsongkhapa, the founder of the Gelugpa School of Tibetan Buddhism (Yellow Religion). Inside the temple, the Buddha statues are vividly and beautifully modeled, and the ghee flowers, frescoes and pile embroidery are known as the "Three Greatest Artworks of Thar Monastery". During the visit, the staff not only appreciated the profundity of Buddhist culture, but also felt the charm of religious art.   The "five-day SINOMADA Building" activity not only let the staff enjoy the magnificent scenery of Northwest China, but also enhanced the friendship and cooperation between each other. They helped each other and cooperated with each other during the trip, and spent an unforgettable time together. This activity not only enhanced the team spirit and cooperation consciousness of the staff, but also injected new vitality for the long-term development of the company.

The holidays are upon us – you know what that means. It’s time to get the party started!!! This year, instead of the usual event, SINOMADA try something a little different! First we started a wonderful night in a Christmas themed restaurant where got the most yummy western BBQ, second is photo session! Each click captures a memory, a moment of silliness, camaraderie, or festivity. Plus, these photos serve as a year-long reminder of the joyous occasion, ticking the box as one of the most interactive work activities. And then we have Secret Santa Gift Exchange, none of us have idea what is it in the wrapped boxes. Also, Karaoke! This activity is bound to be filled with tunes and laughter. Doesn’t sounds intriguing? 

On June 17, 2023, SINOMADA departed from Changsha Huanghua Airport and flew directly to Lijiang. We visited Jade Dragon Snow Mountain----the well-known snow mountain of Lijiang Nation's martyrdom culture, took the glacier ropeway to reach the ropeway station at an altitude of 4,501 meters, and hiked to the observation deck at an altitude of 4,680 meters, with the whole of Lijiang in full view. This view seems to be everyone's dream place, and we had a wonderful time here. On a clear day, the water is blue, and the valley is crescent-shaped. From a distance it looks like a round of blue moon set at the foot of the Jade Snow Mountain, so it is called the Blue Moon Valley. Our troops topped the snowy mountain, after visiting the Blue Moon Valley. Some people say that Lijiang Old Town is the most romantic place. Wake up early in the morning and open the window to see the sunshine. Evening dusk and sunset can be seen far away from the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, flowers are blooming all year round here, they grow on the roadside, wall and riverside. In the evening, we traveled to Lijiang Old Town to feel the atmosphere of the old city.        After finishing our trip to Lijiang, we boarded the bus to Shangri-La to start a new chapter. First stop: Tiger Leaping Gorge, located between the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Lijiang and the Haba Snow Mountain in Shangri-La, where it is said that a fierce tiger descends from the mountain and can cross in the air with a slight lift of the foot on the reef in the river. Second stop: Pudacuo National Park. There are alpine lakes, water, grass, flowers bloom in the wetlands, dense primary forests, Bita Sea, the two beautiful freshwater lakes known as the Pearl of the Plateau. Third stop: Dukezong Ancient City, is China's best preserved, largest Tibetan residential group, "Dukezong". A Tibetan pronunciation that contains two meanings, one is "built on the stone castle", and the other is "moonlight city". Final stop: Songtsam Forest Monastery is known as the "small Potala Palace", the collective experience of Tibetan Buddhist culture and essence.   In this full itinerary, we visited the snowy mountains together, but also in the grassland horseback riding, tasted the Tibetan King Tusi feast, watched the Naxi play a jumping show, and participated in the bonfire party!  Time flies, a few days of trips came to the end, but we returned to work with a relaxed and bubbly mood.

With the spring and new hope, EONMAC held the "2023 EONMAC Annual Award Ceremony and Sharing Conference" in Shanghai Longemont Hotel on February 22nd, 2023. Which invited some staff representatives from Hangzhou and Suzhou branches to participate in the conference, in addition to the partners from Qingdao and Changsha branches also participated in the activity online. The manager of EONMAC, the heads of each department and all the staff gathered together to summarize the past and look forward to the future.  Lomen Fan, the Sales Representative of Changsha SINOMADA 2021, shared in the form of videos in Changsha. She introduced the current new movie "The Wandering Earth" and shared her "Wandering SINOMADA Journey" with a creative PPT full of sci-fi colours. She using Ten thousand hours theory to tell everyone what makes geniuses outstanding in the eyes of the people is not their talent, but the continuous efforts. The sharing conference not only gave experiences and set up a learning example for everyone, but also greatly inspired the enthusiasm of the staff, pointed out the direction for the future working life, and looked forward to a better future for EONMAC!

On November 25th, 2022, SINOMADA started an outdoor team building activity. It was a great day for the great outdoors. In the morning, we arrived at the Changsha West Cross-Country Club, several coaches have already been waiting. After exhorting some matters, we started first team building project — mountain off-road vehicles. Two people in one off-road vehicle, we formed a huge convoy. We practiced for fifteen minutes in the training ground and then started the exciting mountain cross-country project. Everyone put on racing suits and galloped in the mountains, forming a beautiful landscape. The uneven mountain road also made the whole process more exciting. At noon, we followed the coach to another venue with more projects and had a hearty farm meal. After a short break, we start the second project — Live CS. All of us were divided into three teams, red, blue and green. Puting on camouflage uniforms, equipped with induction helmets and induction guns, and two thrilling rounds of live CS began. After two rounds, the blue team won the victory! Out of breath, everyone started the third project — competitive archery. Each team had ten arrows, and the one with the highest ring number wins, and the blue team won again in this project. So the blue team won the final victory! Then it's time for free activities. There were three projects for everyone to experience — jungle crossing, kayaking, and cableway sliding. Everyone who played these projects was exhausted. The sun has set, the final event was to award the winning team, and the random selection made it more interesting. After taking the last group photo, we got on the bus back to home. The team building activity was successfully concluded.

On October 21st, 2022, SINOMADA was already 3 years old! On October 21st, 2019, we opened in Wanda Square. 2022 is our milestone, SINOMADA achieved higher achievement and moved office to Fuxing Financial Center. Here we celebrated SINOMADA 3rd anniversary.  The team of SINOMADA grows quickly. There are a lot of fresh blood in the company, and also "veterans" who stick to their posts every year. Everyone rides the wind and grows side by side. During the celebration, we shared the growth and harvest in the company one by one, like the experience and achievements of the old employees, and the vision and yearning of the new employees. And then, the company prepared afternoon tea to make the occasion even better! We talked freely while enjoying the food. Time flies, and what is left is the growth of the whole team. Next, we will continue to walk hand in hand and look forward to a better future for SINOMADA.

On September 13th, 2022, in the first working week after the Mid-Autumn Festival, SINOMADA organized a grand housewarming and opening ceremony. The new office has an area of more than 500 square meters, and all the staff are very excited. We took a group photo together at the office gate. Happy smiles were showed in everybody's face. The property company of the office building sent us flower baskets, and the coffee shop downstairs also warmly sent free coffee. To celebrate the opening, the company prepared exquisite cakes and afternoon tea. All the staff enjoyed it together in the large conference room. A new start, a new charter. Let’s look forward to a better future for SINOMADA!

On April 26th, 2022, SINOMADA received an invitation from Caterpillar Changsha Branch to visit the excavator maintenance workshop and parts warehouse. After arriving at the factory, we held a brief meeting with the main leaders of the factory. Due to the previous cooperation foundation, the meeting went on very successfully and strengthened the in-depth cooperative relationship between the two companies. Later, our managers also received surprise gifts from Caterpillar Changsha branch. Caterpillar is the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. And its after-sales service is also first-class. In the spare parts warehouse, there is sufficient spare parts inventory, which can meet the daily use needs of customers' excavators. For our foreign customers of SINOMADA, we can make a commitment to deliver spare parts within a week. Another purpose of our visiting is to shoot more high-quality excavator introduction videos. In the afternoon of that day, our managers braved the scorching sun and took videos of all excavators from small tonnage to large tonnage in the warehouse to make sure our customers can understand every component of the excavator more intuitively. SINOMADA is an excellent machine supplier and foreign trade team, determined to provide better service to customers and bring our construction machinery to every corner of the world.

On March 2nd, 2022, SINOMADA was invited to visit ZOOMLION Earthmoving Equipment Department, Changsha Branch. Actually, ZOOMLION Earthingmoving Equipment factory is established in Shanxi Province, so there are only several representative models in Changsha's ZOOMLION Concrete Machinery Zone. Today, we visited the factory, aiming to prepare for our new Vlog, to introduce some hot sale models of ZOOMLION excavators. Thanks very much for the warm hospitality and company of Mr. Su, we know more about the history of ZOOMLION Earthmoving Machinery, and know well how to recommend suitable model for our clients.  Since SINOMADA is located in Changsha, very near to ZOOMLION, SANY, SUNWARD factory, we can help to check the machines before shipment if it is necessary. We also hope SINOMADA can help our local brands get more attention from the world in the future.

On December 24th, 2021, SINOMADA held a Christmas party in the company. At 3:00 p.m. on this day, all employees of SINOMADA celebrated Christmas in the company. The company has prepared many snacks for employees and some games. The HR distributed the peace apples to everyone, and all of them would wear good clothes and accessories. With Christmas music, the activity began. After eating snacks, everyone began to play interesting games. Each small game has a winner. The winner of the game can get gifts prepared by the company. The first game is Musical Chairs. Whoever grabs the last chair is the winner. The prize is a lovely pillow. The second game is the Pot Throwing. Players throw arrows into the pot. Whoever hits the most is the winner. The reward is Christmas stockings box. The third game is the Ponkan sugar game. The fastest and most complete person in each group who pulls out the sugar cake graphics will be rewarded. The reward is a box of Christmas socks. Of course, each participant can get a marshmallow gift box. After the award ceremony, everyone made new year's wishes to the Christmas tree and took a big group photo.

On November 10th, 2021, SINOMADA went to ZOOMLION truck crane factory to shoot machine videos. Invited by ZOOMLION truck crane factory, several sales managers from SINOMADA were going to take photos and make videos of ZOOMLION machine. On this day, we gathered at the gate of the company at 9 a.m. and took a bus to the factory.  After arriving at the factory, the leaders of ZOOMLION took us to visit the production workshop of truck crane, introduced some popular models and the differences between domestic and foreign models. Under their guidance, we shot many videos of truck crane operation and experienced the carbin of truck crane. At noon, ZOOMLION invited SINOMADA employees to have lunch in the restaurant. After the lunch break, everyone continued to shoot videos. We all gained a lot from the whole day's hard work. After editing, we produced a lot of high-quality photos and videos.

On October 21, 2021 is a very important day for SINOMADA. On this day, SINOMADA has been established for two years. In order to celebrate this special day, we gathered in the conference hall at 3 p.m. to hold a celebration ceremony. We bought cakes and snacks. We played games together and had a very happy afternoon. And each of us shared our experience since working in SINOMADA, as well as the interesting and difficult problems encountered in our work. Everyone loves their jobs very much and will go farther and farther on this road. Growing up with the company is also a valuable experience in life. We believe that everyone will make more and more progress and the company will develop faster and faster.
