On November 26, 2019, the customers from Thailand visited our company. We met at Shanghai airport and had a meeting at our office to discuss the detailed specification of machines. We worked together until 3:00pm and confirmed the order finally. The clients arranged the deposit the same day. We both believed that there would be more business cooperation.

On November 21, 2019, one customer from Sudan came to visit SINOMADA office for tractors and loaders. Our customer checked the factories that we recommended to him. Although the project was postponed for some reason we built a good relationship with each other.

Sudan Customer Visited SINOMADA Office for Wheel Loader

On October 28, 2019, a Sudanese customer visited our company for wheel loader. The client found us through alibaba, and we knew each other before his travel. We recommended XCMG ZL50GN wheel loader which is quite popular in sudan with its good quality. After confirming the final specification and price, our customer decided to have a meeting with us, so we picked him up at Shanghai airport on Oct. 27th. The next day we made the sales contract. Our client directly called his agent to arrange the payment.

On October 28, 2019, a customer from the Philippines came to visit our office and factory. We exchanged a lot of things about excavators and then we went to the warehouse together to check the second-hand excavators. Our client drove the excavator to experience the quality by himself. Finally, he selected the excavator which he was most satisfied with and made a transaction. Besides, he bought some accessories including breaking hammer.

Brazil Customers Vistited SINOMADA Office and XCMG Factory

On October 21, 2019, three enthusiastic Brazilian customers visited our office. The Customers have been to China many times and are very familiar with China. We had communicated many details about the horizontal directional drilling through emails, and we could feel that the customer were very enthusiastic, kind, and sincere. We had a short meeting to determine all the details and the time to visit the XCMG factory. After visiting the factory and inspecting the machine, we could make sure that we were about to start cooperation.

On September 29, 2019, our regular customers from Uzbekistan came to visit our office together with his customers. The customer trusts us so much and every time he has customers who need construction machines, he will introduce our company. He took many clients to visit us before. He is more like a friend than a business partner. After a short meeting in our office, we had lunch together and shared some life and traveling experience. We were glad to meet him again!

On August 14, 2019, two customers from Peru visited our Office. Before their visiting, we had discussed skid steer loader by email and WhatsApp. The customers had designated the machine model. During the communication, they mentioned many options including breaker and auger. We made a detailed quotation for him. Finally, the customers said that they needed to go back to discuss the purchase time with their partner.

Bangladesh Customer Visited SINOMADA Office for Wheel Loader

On August 12, 2019, our customers from Bangladesh visited our office for XCMG LW500KN 5-ton wheel loader. These customers was introduced by our another regular customer. The customer was very satisfied with the quality, as we had visited the XCMG factory and he also personally operated LW500KN. We negotiated the price and made a PI in our office. He promised to open a letter of credit after returning to Bangladesh and looked forward to more cooperation.

On July 29, 2019, one Australian customer came to visit our office together with his little son. After a short meeting in our office, we visited the LONKING factory. The customer was very professional and he bought many machines in Australian local market. This time he tried to buy from China directly. We checked LONKING excavators and loaders carefully, and discussed with LONKING engineers for a long time. Hope we will have happy business cooperation in the near future.

Columbia Customer Visited SINOMADA Office

On July 28, 2019, one Columbian customer came to visit our office. It was the first time he came to China. We had discussed rotary drilling rig by email and WhatsApp before his visiting. He compared three brands — XCMG, SANY and SUNWORD, and planed to check these machines one by one. We had meetings in our office and arranged the schedule together. After checking all these factories within one week, he said he would make a decision after returning to Columbia and discussing with his team.
